Red bright cherry colour of medium intensity.

Balsamic, good intensity aromas and personality.

Flavoursome and balanced feeling, remarkable acidity and fresh fruit end. Very soft tannins due to its assembly as a result of its stay in oak casks.

50% Graciano, 50 % Garnacha

Winemaking

Separate treatment of each grape variety. A seven-day alcoholic fermentation at a maximum of 26ºC. Maceration in contact with the skins for three days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Double racking and coupage.

Ageing

Barrel aged for 6 months.

Food pairing

Suckling lamb, red meat stew, oily cheeses and fish, mushrooms soap.
